We are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and are a Canadian 100% female-owned and lead company.

We manufacture globally with the majority of our products being made in Canada (reusables) and the United States (solid bars).

We are fully online, but do work with local retailers across Canada and the US. Interested in carrying our products, please visit our "BECOME A RETAILER" page.

HAIR & BODY BARS: Our hair & body bars come simply bagged in a kraft paper bag made from 100% post-consumer content. They are fully recyclable, however, if they're soiled with oils, please compost.

TRAVEL SETS: Our Travel Set boxes are made from 100% post-consumer recycled content and are fully recyclable. If they are soiled with any oils, please compost.

OILY BAGS: Some oil marks are common on our packaging bags. If it seems excessive during hot summer months, please email our support team and send pictures of the bars at hello@noticehairco.com. Some oil transfer/ residue is expected and will not affect the performance of the bars.

SHIPPING: All of our shipping materials are paper-based, kraft shipping boxes, kraft packing paper (to keep bars safe in transit) and paper tape. All of which can be recycled, or repurposed. Nothing we do is in excess, we use the smallest box possible for your order, and only lightly fill the box with paper to ensure your bars are safe for their journey!

STICKERS: If any stickers are used on our prouducts (mostly with textiles), they are compostable. Please gently remove and add to your green bin.

Gift cards may be purchased on our website, just like any other product, by adding to your cart and following the regular checkout process.  To redeem funds, use the redemption code provided to you via email. Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Gift cards can be used to pay for shipping charges, and do not expire.  Gift Card currency is CAD, and will be redeemable for the stated value in Canadian Dollars.  If you have any issues or questions, please email hello@noticehairco.com.

Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined. Only one promotional/discount code may be used per order/transaction, including reward point redemption codes. Promotional codes and discounts will only be available for dates and times stated and will not be applied retroactively to past orders. Discount codes must be applied at time of purchase. If the code is not working, please contact us before placing your order. All sales are FINAL.  Any and all "Free Shipping" discount codes are applied to regular shipping only, and up to $25 in shipping cost. 

All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. That means that none of our ingredients are produced by or dervied from animals. The raw ingredients as well as the finished products are also never tested on animals. We don't sell our products in any Countries that mandate animal testing.

Although allergic reactions to our products are uncommon, they are possible. We recommend testing them first by using them on a small patch of skin. If redness or irritation develops within 2 hours, discontinue use.  While a lot of our products do not contain gluten or tree nuts, we are not an allergen-free environment, and as such due to the lack of packaging, cross contamination is possible.  Please read our ingredients carefully and consult your healthcare professional if you have any known allergies or medical conditions before use.
