GENERAL INFORMATION
HOURS OF OPERATIONS: We ship Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (MST), excluding Canadian Statutory Holidays. Our teams take a break too!
SHIPPING CARRIER: Shipping is provided via Canada Post ground/surface delivery services, unless otherwise requested. Service is transferred from Canada Post to USPS for US customers using the same tracking number. International orders transfer to local national mail carriers.
*** During the Canada Post strike, all orders will be shipped via UPS. Shipping to PO Boxes will not be available, impacted customers will be contacted via email for an alternative address.***
ORDER PROCESSING TIME: On average we ship orders within 2 - 3 business days once your order is placed. Processing times increase during high volume promotions, your patience is appreciated.
TRACKING: All orders receive automatic package tracking, provided via email to the address used at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for US or International orders.
ADDRESS ERRORS: Address errors entered at checkout by the customer resulting in a lost/ missing package are the responsbility of the customer. Any additional shipping costs to reship your order will be the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING TIMELINES (EST. DAYS IN TRANSIT)
- Canada:
- Alberta - approximately 1-3 days
- Rest of Canada - up to approximately 7 days
- USA: approximately 8 - 10 days
- International: approximately 4 - 6 weeks, shipping times vary
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when you spend over $100 CAD after discount codes have been applied (including reward point discount codes), but before taxes, for Canadian and US orders only. Minimum $100 CAD spend, does not include Gift Cards as they are not included in calculating shipping rates.
ADDITIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
Mistakes happen! If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us within 24 hours to hello@noticehairco.com.
Once an order has been processed for shipping, changes will not be permitted.
Sale items are FINAL SALE, no returns, refunds, cancellations, rain-checks, or exchanges on sale merchandise.
Notice Hair Co., reserves the right to not ship and cancel an order, for any reason, at our discretion.
RETURNS
Nope, nada! We do not accept returns of our products due to the environmental impact of reverse shipping and sanitary reasons. Over 5 billion pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping and that's a no for us.
Have a problem? We'll make it right. Email us at: hello@noticehairco.com with your order number, details of the issue, and picture attachments. All requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, we make it right! Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at: hello@noticehairco.com.
Accidents happen. If any of your products arrive damaged email us within 5 days of receiving your order at: hello@noticehairco.com. Please include your order number and pictures of the exterior shipping box as well as the damaged products. We'll need that to open a claim with Canada Post.
